Recently, due to the harm of cold air caused by typhoons, the ultra-low temperature caused by strong cold air will continue for a period of time. It is important to pay attention to antifreeze measures for injection molding machines after shutdown. When the indoor temperature is below zero degrees Celsius, the cooling components on the BMC injection molding machine should be well protected from cold to ensure the quality of the project. The operation steps are as follows:

Cold Protection Manual for Injection Molding Machines:



Firstly, turn off the cooling tower, centrifugal water pump, freezing water machine and its grinding tool cooling system, and disconnect the water source for the injection molding machine and its boiler auxiliary equipment;



2. At the tail end of the injection molding machine, dismantle the main cooling water outlet and drain the pipeline water completely;



3. The cooling components on high-end BMC injection molding machines mainly include: oil cooler, water-cooled heat dissipation frequency converter, grinding tool cooling system software, water drain, etc;



4. After turning off the water source, disassemble the inlet and outlet water joints, drain the water inside the cooling components, and use high-pressure air to blow out all residual water inside the cooling components to prevent rust or air oxidation;



During the reuse of the injection molding machine, reinstall the inlet and outlet water joints of each cooling component, and pay attention to cleaning the filter screen in the inlet of the oil cooler.



Regular daily maintenance of the BMC injection molding machine can extend the service life of the vertical injection molding machine, which can better ensure production quality.
